Change and reset your password
Updating, changing, and resetting your password all mean the same thing here. This article explains how to do it, whether you are a Learner or an Admin.
Change, update, reset: what are we talking about?
On Blify, there is only one way to get a new password, and it always starts from the login screen. Whether you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, the steps are the same: the ones described in the next section.
Two things to keep in mind:
- Passwords only apply to the web app. On Microsoft Teams and Slack, there is no login: the Blify app is installed there and directly available
- The process is identical for every role. Learners and Admins go through the same screen, at app.blify.co/login
Reset your password
- Go to app.blify.co/login
- Click Forgot password? below the login fields
- Enter the professional email address linked to your Blify account, then confirm
- Open the email you receive and click the link it contains
- Enter your new password, then confirm it
- You are logged in and land on your home page: the conversation with your Learning Agent if you are a Learner, the admin space if you are an Admin

If you log in with Microsoft or Google
If your organization has enabled Microsoft or Google authentication, you have no Blify password to manage. You log in by clicking Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google, and your password is the one for your work account.
In that case, resetting it does not happen in Blify but on your company's side. Reach out to your IT department.
Not receiving the email?
A few checks before writing to us.
- Check your spam and junk folders. The email sometimes lands there
- Check the address you entered. The email goes to the professional address your organization provided, which may not be the one you use day to day
- Check that your account is activated. If you have never logged in to Blify, this is not a reset but a first login: use the First time here? button on the login screen
If the problem persists, reach out to your Blify Admin or write to us at help@blify.co.
