Add users

Who can do this?


Only users with the Admin role can add or invite new users to Blify. Learn more about roles and permissions


Add users individually


Admins can add new users directly from the Users page.


  1. Go to app.blify.co/admin/users
  2. Click Add users in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. In the Add users modal, fill in the following required information for each new user:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Role (Admin or Learner)
  • Default language (English or French)


  1. Click Send invite to confirm and send the invitation.


The email address must be unique. If a user already exists with this email, you’ll be prompted to update their role instead of creating a duplicate.


Add users in bulk (CSV import)


If you need to invite multiple users at once, you can upload a CSV file.


  1. Go to app.blify.co/admin/users
  2. Click Add users.
  3. In the Add users modal, click Send bulk invites and Download CSV model.
  4. Download our CSV template.
  5. Fill in the following columns for each user:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Role
  • Default language


  1. Upload your completed file by clicking on Upload CSV file and click Send invites.


Make sure your file is encoded in UTF-8 and follows the same column headers as the provided template.
